When Meg and I moved to Charlevoix, we never looked back. We quickly learned we weren't the only ones! A great place to raise a family. A scenic drive to work. A boat on Lake Charlevoix. Horseback riding the Lake Michigan shoreline. What a place to call home.

Meet Steve

Steve Andreae has nearly 40 years of real estate experience in the Charlevoix area. He has helped nearly 1,000 families with their real estate needs, and he continually ranks among the top producing realtors in Charlevoix.

Steve graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA in Business Management. After a few years of city life downstate, Steve and his wife, Meg, decided to move "Up North" where Steve discovered his knack for helping new and second home buyers fulfill their real estate dreams. Over the years, he grew many relationships and strengthened his depth of knowledge to serve all aspects of buying and selling property in the greater Charlevoix area. Steve became a Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and received accreditation through the Graduate Realtor® Institute. He is a former president and finance committee chairman of the Antrim Charlevoix Kalkaska (ACK) Board of Realtors and the recipient of the ACK Realtor of the Year Award. Steve is currently an associate broker with Pat O'Brien & Associates.
